Parts Advisor - Boyer Hyundai

Boyer Hyundai is a family run business celebrating over 30 years servicing the Durham Region as well as being a proud member of the Boyer Auto Group.

We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team members who are looking to embark on an exciting career at Boyer Hyundai. Experience is preferred but not a requirement - We will train the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer parts related phone calls, receive parts, maintain organization and accurate inventory in parts room
• Read work orders and order required parts from OEM and aftermarket vendors
• Receive and return parts in a timely manner
• Ensure technicians have all the required parts for the repair
• Maintain a clean and organized parts room and area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a parts role in an automotive dealership is considered an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• In depth knowledge of parts inventory and business management
