Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and trust with customers while addressing service concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians for repair details and updates.
• Conduct road tests to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs.
• Recommend additional maintenance and repair services when appropriate.
• Schedule and manage service appointments and review bookings in advance.
• Oversee valet and Uber service processes to enhance customer convenience.
• Handle fleet administration and process extended warranty claim payments.
• Estimate service and repair times to support scheduling and shop productivity.
• Work independently, managing time and workflow efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers via phone, text, and email, providing service estimates, explaining scheduling systems, and confirming payment methods (cash, warranty, insurance, etc).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain services.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive services and maintenance.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage records and transactions.
• Ability to readily work with numbers, mathematics, and high-dollar amounts.
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
