We’re looking for a full-time Insurance Estimator to join our collision repair team. In this role, you’ll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and work closely with customers, technicians, and insurers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Review and adjust estimates with management.
• Coordinate with insurance appraisers to resolve discrepancies.
• Recommend repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Complete insurance forms and documentation.
• Support the production team and ensure timely communication with customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in collision estimating.
• Familiarity with Audatex, Mitchell, or similar platforms.
