We are currently seeking an Automotive Licensed Bodyman to join our team in Stirling, ON!

Education and Experience:

• License/Certification 310B (Red Seal)
• Valid 310B Apprentice Registration

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bodywork on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, frame repairs, and other collision-related repairs.
• Restore vehicles to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Manage assigned work orders to achieve targets set out by Production, Shop Management, and/or Estimator.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate tools, equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• 3-5+ years Collision Repair Experience, inclusive of apprenticeship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proficiency in body repair techniques, including welding, panel replacement, and frame straightening
